What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, role, company, website, team size, technical environment, problem, reason for contacting us, timeline and decision-maker. We also receive your consent choices.

Cloudflare may process your IP address and security signals to serve the website, limit abusive requests and check the anti-spam challenge. Basic service logs may be retained by our providers.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, decide whether the work is a fit, and follow up about that request. Sending an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list. We do not sell your details.

Who processes it

The website and enquiry form run on Cloudflare. Resend delivers your enquiry by email to InfraTales. The form handler does not write submissions to a website database. Email and security providers may process data outside India, subject to their own service arrangements.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are delivered to an email mailbox. InfraTales does not currently have an automatic deletion period for these emails. We keep messages while we handle a request or any later business or legal need. You can ask for an enquiry to be deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details you sent. Email rahul.ladumor@infratales.com with your request. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

We may update this notice when our tools or data practices change. This notice describes the enquiry flow in the current site release.
